Razing Babel follows the Western three-act structure. In the Watchful City followed a more unconventional structure; I thought it would be interesting to study Western story structure as a discrete entity and write something based on it.
Still, I’ll undoubtedly draw from 起承轉合 as well, especially for the internal motion within the western boundaries of the act.
